First up THIS WEBSITE IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE ANTI BIODIESEL! It is raising awareness about the source of biodiesel, mainly the nonexistent 'real' protection for tropical rainforest that is being clear-felled for palm oil production at an increasing rate. Why is the rainforest being cleared? So we can drive our cars with a sticker on it saying "I am clean and green and do not pollute with your fossil fuels." Very similar to Hydrogen buses at Munich airport claiming ZERO EMISSIONS. Where did the energy come from to split the water and make the hydrogen? No not nuclear, from burning coal.

What started out as an environmentally sound idea..
... could turn into another big destructive industry.

Half of Borneo's tropical rainforest is now gone. The Amazon is being cleared for soy beans at a rate of how many football fields per minute? Does anyone really think this is a 'green' alternative to fossil fuels?

If any readers can tell me how clearing tropical rainforest is good practice when looking at the total emissions and impact of a cleaner greener renewable diesel, I would really like to post your argument here.

Expediting extinction to replace fossil diesel is compounding environmental problems.

Wasnt it meant to be about making and consuming a product that is BETTER than the one it is replacing.
